50-minute sessionsLicensed in OR

Our services

Individual sessions for autistic adults, one clinician, at your pace. I draw on acceptance and commitment therapy, adapted with concrete examples, written notes and no required eye contact.

  • Individual therapy

One-to-one sessions, in the office or by video. We set an agenda together, you choose what to bring, and I explain what we're doing as we do it.

    • 50-minute sessions

    • Agenda in writing beforehand

    • Office or video, camera optional

    • How often is decided with you

    How fees work
A woman on a sofa gestures as she talks to a woman taking notes in a black chair
  • After a late diagnosis

Space to take in what a diagnosis, or a strong suspicion, changes about how you see your past. This is therapy and not an evaluation; if you want one, I'll point you to a clinician who does them.

    • Therapy, not an evaluation

    • No label pushed on you

    • A referral if you want an evaluation

    • Your own time

    How fees work
A man on a black sofa talks with a woman in red across a small coffee table in a white room
  • Masking and exhaustion

Looking at where you hide your needs, what that costs and where you'd like to do less of it, and how to make room for rest.

    • Concrete examples, not abstractions

    • Stimming welcome

    • Rest planned like an appointment

    • Nothing you have to perform

    How fees work
A woman in a hoodie stands and gestures while talking with a seated woman in a bright living room
  • Sensory needs, routines and work

Light, sound, transitions and sleep, and what to ask for at home and at work. We can draft the words for a request together.

    • Practical and step by step

    • Drafting words for requests

    • Written notes you keep

    • Sessions adjusted to you

    How fees work
An open notebook and pen beside a navy cup of coffee on a white windowsill

In their words

What people say about the room and the pace.

“There was no small talk to get through first. We just started, and that helped.”

Krystal M.

“Having the agenda in writing meant I could think about it before I got there.”
