Wisp Therapy ("we" or "us") keeps this website simple. This page says what we collect when you use it and what we do with it. It covers the website only. How your therapy records are handled is explained to you at your first session.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, phone number, how and when you would like to be reached, and your message. Please don't include medical details in a message.

How we use it

To reply to you and to arrange a first session. We use it for nothing else.

Your records

We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows.

Sharing

We don't sell your information. We share it only with the services that carry the contact form and email to us, and where the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

This website uses no analytics, advertising pixels or session replay. Any cookie it sets is there only to make the site work.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your contact message, by writing to hello@wisptherapy.com.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
